Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces) and forecast their business impact through 2030
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscape
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle and diffusion theory
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
