Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI ethics, Web3)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation ROI and impact measurement
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing future-focused innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
- Certification in technology innovation management (e.g., CTM) a plus
