Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems, neural interfaces)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready tech into customer experiences
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Mentor junior innovators in technology foresight and strategic planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Experience building cross-functional innovation ecosystems in tech-forward companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
