Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and emerging technology assessment for 2026 market readiness
- Develop and maintain a technology innovation pipeline with quarterly evaluations
- Design strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs, AI research institutes, and sustainability tech pioneers
- Create detailed implementation roadmaps for next-gen tech integration across business units
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive leadership and investors
- Build and mentor a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record implementing quantum/AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with academia and startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
