Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.) to identify high-impact opportunities for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical factors influencing digital transformation
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused products or initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with quantitative modeling experience
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
