Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, autonomous systems) for competitive advantage
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and investors
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and tech horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent)
