Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Oversee P&L for experimental technology divisions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and biotech
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance for national technology initiatives
