Responsibilities
- Lead strategic development of 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen AR/VR ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 15+ patents filed annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing)
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Strong network with DARPA, IARPA, or similar agencies
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
