You'll lead cross-functional teams to transform bleeding-edge concepts into market-ready products that redefine how humans interact with digital ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis of quantum-adjacent technologies and patent landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in 2026+ consumer applications
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF, DARPA, and private foundations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Human-Computer Interaction (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 24027 quantum security standards
- Fluency in Mandarin and Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized next-gen products launched since 2020
