- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Drive cross-functional adoption of futuristic technologies across business units
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech trends into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$5M
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
