Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 commercialization milestones
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with venture capital and startup ecosystems
- Strong data analytics and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Prior experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
