Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AGI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions in climate resilience and neurotech
- Develop strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and international research consortia
- Translate emerging scientific discoveries into commercially viable product roadmaps
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Lead $2M+ annual innovation grant programs for disruptive startups
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by 1M+ users
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry impact
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or corporate R&D funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certified in AI Ethics Governance (AIGC) and Sustainable Tech Design
