Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging technologies with 5+ in strategic planning
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 3+ peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon capture tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global partnerships
- Top 1% Kaggle/LeetCode ranking or equivalent technical achievement
