Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling innovative solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology startups and research institutions
- Present technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and ROI analysis for tech initiatives
- Drive adoption of next-gen AI and automation across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, Web3, or biotech
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech into business value
- Experience managing innovation portfolios and R&D budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain) preferred
