Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across 15+ business units
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Build innovation pipelines through startup scouting and academic partnerships
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech integration methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with P&L responsibility
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
