Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum, bio-integration, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech specializations (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level experience translating complex concepts into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation management
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with global R&D leaders and venture capital ecosystems
