Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and technological trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future tech concepts into actionable product development plans
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for technology disruption cycles
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage relationships with research institutions, startups, and technology incubators to scout breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
