Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or emerging interfaces (AR/VR/neural)
- Executive experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market leadership
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders globally
