Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with sustainability and societal impact goals
- Conduct market analysis for disruptive tech adoption across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Prototype and validate experimental systems using cloud-native infrastructure and edge computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Ensure all initiatives adhere to ESG principles and regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong technical background in at least two of: machine learning, quantum algorithms, or circular economy tech
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and simulation software
