Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate-positive infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in quantum computing and sustainable tech
- Present technology visions to C-suite and external stakeholders including VCs and government bodies
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
