Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services in fast-evolving tech sectors
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, accelerators)
- Certifications in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology assessment highly desirable
