- Establish KPIs for technology transition success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (articles, patents, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
