Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market research and trend analysis
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech developments and regulatory impacts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
