- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and prioritize R&D initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into existing portfolios
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and stakeholders with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and driving adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data modeling and scenario planning
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
