- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and risk assessments to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cross-functional adoption of emerging technologies through change management programs
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future technology trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation management
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite and technical audiences
