Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite/board members
- Track record of launching technology products with market impact
- Certifications in technology management or innovation methodologies preferred
