Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and IEEE conferences
- Author thought leadership pieces in Nature and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (minimum 5 citations)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Patent portfolio with at least 3 granted US patents
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
