Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop predictive market models and competitive analysis for next-gen tech adoption
- Present strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research labs and tech pioneers
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven strategic planning experience
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
