Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision across quantum, AI, and Web3 domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech
- Partner with product teams to translate technology roadmaps into market-ready solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape evaluations for future tech verticals
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor junior technologists through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or blockchain
- Successful track record of launching future-focused products with >$50M ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies for long-term R&D cycles
- Demonstrated ability to secure government grants and corporate partnerships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
