- Build and lead a 15-person Future Technologies division
- Drive patent portfolio expansion in sustainable tech domains
- Present quarterly tech foresight briefings to board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical innovation
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC innovation funding
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
