Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with pilot programs
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology readiness and ROI for innovation investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
