- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in decentralized tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-backed impact projections

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 3+ major industry disruptions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI safety frameworks, and bio-integrated systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience scaling innovation from R&D to commercialization in regulated industries
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE, and global tech consortiums
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
