Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualization
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototype validation
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech concepts to revenue models
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
