Responsibilities
- Architect long-term tech roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated IoT)
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and Fortune 500 partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech scouting networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy or equivalent R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to market leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
