Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-vision initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience interfacing with regulatory bodies (FCC, FDA, international tech councils)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred; Master's required
