You'll be instrumental in shaping our product vision while ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives with 3+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight preferred
