Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and secure executive buy-in
- Drive adoption of responsible AI frameworks and ethical tech standards
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a future-forward culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/quantum computing)
