Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Deep understanding of technological convergence and exponential growth patterns
