Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and venture capital consortiums
- Build and manage a 12-person innovation lab team of PhDs and industry veterans
- Drive patent portfolios and open-source contributions in next-gen tech domains
- Represent InnovateNext at Davos, CES, and similar high-impact forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR)
- Published research or patents in future technology fields
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 50+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Global network of industry contacts in Silicon Valley and beyond
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
