Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market forecasts and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage an annual $5M innovation fund for experimental projects
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (AI/quantum/bio-tech)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
