Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Design ethical AI frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Develop sustainable tech solutions achieving net-zero carbon impact
- Architect human-centric interfaces merging biometrics and neural interfaces
- Coordinate with UN SDG task force on global tech policy
- Present at Davos and Web Summit on future tech ethics
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech incubator
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent practical experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Proven track record scaling blockchain systems to 10M+ TPS
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) safety standards
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with EU AI Act and US Algorithmic Accountability Act
- Portfolio of 3+ patents in emerging technologies
- Speaker at 2+ major tech conferences (2021-2023)
