Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise

- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 5 to 500+ engineers
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from NSF/DARPA
- Fluency in Python, Qiskit, and distributed ledger architectures
