Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-focused tech roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for autonomous infrastructure
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation windows
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Secure and manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive technologies (patents/portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Strong background in systems architecture for complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
