Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum algorithms and neuro-interfacing systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Partner with futurists to identify paradigm shifts and prepare organizational responses
- Architect scalable prototypes using cloud-native and edge-computing architectures
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI/ML systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech implementations or patents
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
