Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic futures planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
