Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum machine learning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on next-gen computing paradigms
- Proven track record leading global R&D teams (50+ engineers)
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and low-level quantum assembly languages
