- Drive patent development for at least 3 novel technologies annually

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of deploying quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field

- Expertise in sustainable tech development (blockchain, IoT, green computing)
