Responsibilities
- Design and execute 5-year technology strategy for post-2025 markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods in AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property roadmaps
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
- Forge partnerships with leading research institutions and global governments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Published author in top-tier technology journals
- Experience securing government innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic preferred
