Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and ROI measurement
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
