Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting tech initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
